Healthwatch are independent champions for everyone who uses health and social care services.

We are here to:

• Help people find out about local health and care services
• Listen to what people think of services
• Make sure that the people who plan and run those services understand what real people need and want.
• We are running some online forums via Zoom. They’re for anyone interested in health and social care services in Newcastle and Gateshead. We’d like to help share news and views, talk about services and any changes, and any other things you might need to know. There will also be a chance to ask questions and share your views.
